Had ability to make waffles. It was fine for my needs. I would definitely stay again. I’m picky about facilities and this one I had no major issues at all."

"I love staying at this Four Points when in town. Free Airport shuttle runs every 30 min. My highlight was front desk agent Neha. She was so helpful from the time I spoke with her on the phone, check in, to check out and friendly. Both airport shuttle driver were also friendly and drove safely. Best choice for airport convenience. Great location."

"The person who was staying above room 214 was making a bunch of noise and sounded like they were running around the room - It was 2am! Made a complaint and asked if we could get a refund for the night or any other accommodations, but all the was offered was a breakfast voucher and a check out extension is 1pm. This was frustrating and handled poorly in my opinion."

"The location is very convenient to get to the airport, parking felt safe, staff was fantastic. The bed was fine, the lighting was harsh and the tub wouldn't hold water. Breakfast was simple but did include waffles and coffee, there is also a nice diner right across the street. Overall not bad."

"It was a nice hotel, front desk woman was sort of dismissive of us when pilots walked in. I get it's a airport hotel but she should treat EVERYONE with the same energy. Overall solid 9/10 Rooms could've been a bit cleaner."

The location is wonderful as a rest stop, is next to an In-n-Out, and very close to the American River and wonderful natural hiking spots in Auburn!
