Just to get there, and be told the pool was closed for renovations, didn’t see that ANYWHERE until we got to the hotel and I researched prices and details for this room on every applicable site including the Hilton app before booking. Extremely disappointed."

"I was pretty disappointed with our stay. First, the front desk didn’t tell us where the elevators were or that you had to use your key card for the elevator. Or about the app you could use for your key card etc. We got stuck on the elevator going up and down, along with multiple other people that also weren’t told to use their card. The staff saw me unsteadily lugging up a luggage cart with huge dream duffels on it, still didn’t direct me to where the elevators were when I was going up the wrong side with this huge thing, I had to ask a guest. Room service never came to clean our room. I also had to ask about parking and using the key. Then the key card reader wasn’t even working in the parking lot. I had to ask how to get to the sky bridge. I honestly expected a lot more and we were all disappointed. "
