The staff were great and very nice. The not so good. The breakfast included was a microwave your pick of a grocery store breakfast bowl. The room was clean but an odd layout with a separate shower toilet room and separate room for sink. The furniture and bed were old and the chair in the room had no cushion remaining. For the money not a very good room.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. The room was very nice and clean.Very nice breakfast also. The only thing I would like to see improved on is most people associate the North Pole with Christmas so we thought the lobby area would be decorated and overwhelm us, but it was decorated in Halloween.
