Super cozy, clean, rustically adorable cabin. Little kitchenette, living room area with real fireplace, little deck with chairs, umbrella and bbq. Just perfect. Really great pool and hot tub area walking distance from cabin with gorgeous mountain views. Wonderfully friendly people, happy family environment and an excellent Thai restaurant on site. Will definitely be back many times. Thank you!!!!

Nice cabins, friendly staff and the owner Daryl is a gem. Spend a day at the lake and then relax by the pool/ hot tub before BBQ at the cabin.

My husband and I recently stayed at Fairmont Mountain Bungalows for three nights, and several aspects of our stay were disappointing. The cabin we rented was shabbier than expected. There was dog hair on the couch cover and bedspread, and the front door couldn’t be locked from the inside — we had to rely on the door chain at night. Locking it from the outside was also difficult; we had to pull hard on the door to get the lock to click properly. The window screens were poorly fitted, leaving gaps that let in mosquitoes. We had to keep the windows closed the entire time, which made the cabin stuffy and uncomfortable. Kitchen supplies were minimal and poor quality. There were no proper knives, just steak knives, and the only barbecue tool was a two-pronged fork. The toaster was broken and unsafe to use, and no tea towels were provided. The receptionist did give us a new toaster and some tea towels after we raised those issues. On our second evening, a lawn sprinkler was spraying the patio where we had planned to eat. I called reception three times between 6 and 7 p.m., but no one answered, and the voicemail was full. The heating only worked in the bedroom. We had to turn on a hot plate to try to warm the living room, which was not safe or practical. Finally, the swimming pool was dirty, with dead insects on the surface of the water. I emailed the owners two weeks ago and have received no reply. Even during our stay, they were unavailable. I would not recommend staying here.

'Rustic' cabins suited us to a tee. Beautiful grounds combine kid-friendly lawns with brush tangles full of wild birds. Outdoor pool is 10/10. Staff very welcoming and accommodating. Also 10/10 on bath linens - ample, new, fresh, a nice touch. Communication is an area for improvement. Contact via phone/voicemail about booking took a few tries, and we were not notified about two important water issues on site during our stay. That said, we loved the place and its vibe and hope to return.

The pool facility was nice and well kept. The grounds were well watered and green with ponds and flowers abounding. The cabin had a nice ambience.

First off, I want to say the reception staff were absolutely lovely so welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The location itself is nestled among the trees, offering a peaceful, nature-filled atmosphere. Unfortunately, the cabin we stayed in was very rustic and poorly maintained. We were met with several dead bugs on the floor, insects on the bed, and even spotted snakes just outside the cabin some crawling beneath its base, which was quite unsettling. To add to that, the table inside the cabin was broken, and the tap was leaking badly, causing water to pool everywhere. While we appreciated the hospitality of the staff and the natural setting, the condition of the cabin made it hard to enjoy our stay, and we ended up cutting the trip short.

I knew this would be more of a “rustic” place to stay. Just was not aware of just how rustic it would be. The wood rot around the entire bungalow we were put in was a cause of concern, as were the crazy sloping floors. Only one window that could be opened because it had a screen on it, the rest appeared to be non functional or have any screens on them and the bugs were way too bad to open without them. Mind you they still found their way in through the very large space between the door and frame, it closed and held but “0” seal around the door. The final nail in this coffin was the notice we found around 10pm on the last night advising that they were on a “boil water” notice for guests. This was never mentioned when we checked in, and the slip of paper was no where near where the kitchen was, I found it on a small side table in a back corner of the living area. Now they have assured me that no one is going to get sick, “they” drink the water all the time, it is from the creek, I guess time will tell. I was really hoping this place would be a good get away option for us that we could return to with other family member, but I am thinking we are still going to be searching for that place in the Fairmont/Invermere area.

Very nice and quaint little cabins in a pleasant spot. I have a lot of fond memories of the Fairmont area and this was a lovely location to stay. The cabins are nice and overall seem well cared for, it felt very comfortable and welcoming, the property itself was also nice and looked cared for. Would definitely come back for future stays.

Fairmont Mountain bungalows are piece of paradise. priced fairly and is very comfortable. We stayed in the one bedroom cabin. We were very comfortable. We had lots of enjoyable time in the pool and hot tub. We were able to make some of our meals as there is an outdoor barbecue, the cabins are stocked with plates and cutlery, pots, and pans Wonderful place for families and it is dog friendly. Even our dog was able to relax and wind down. Highly recommended. Th owners/staff are friendly and helpful.

Great addition of hot tub and pool for the property. Its been years since we stayed there. Love the beautiful nature and seeing the wildlife. Best time during the week as its not as busy and quiter. Staff really nice and accommodate requests if needed. Definitely will do a yearly trip for some relaxing.
