"Very disorganized staff. Unclean hotel. Overpriced for what’s offered. Bathroom was moldy, robes weren’t provided, and there are lots of bugs indoors. Items that should be complimentary aren’t (like $4 for a tiny mouthwash from a vending machine)."

"The room was very clean, the staff were helful and kind. This is a location that offers so many amenities for all ages. The Hot pools and the hot tubs were clean and well looked after. We spent every day in them for the 6 full days we were there. We will be going there again for sure!"
