"It was comfortable, clean and closed to many places to eat."

"Room was great checking in the girl wasn't very pleasant at all. She was a little hateful when I ask questions. Breakfast was ok with what was there but most things like egg was empty. Girl in back but didn't seem to be doing anything to fill stuff."

"Front desk guy was teally nice and deserves a good review. Buy that is the only thing good about the hotel. Room is dirty, full of dead insects. Bedsheets look 50 years old. Stinks indian food to the point that the odor will stick to your clothes. Never going back. Unfortunately indian businesses are always discussing."

"The room and hotel were very clean. The breakfast was very good and fresh. The hotel is a bit dated but the views are beautiful. When we were there the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs. This didn't affect us but it may have been a problem for others since it's wasn't disclosed at booking."

"When we arrived we found out a deposit was required for the room kinda a surprise had to leave and get cash..the guy that checked us in said room was a strictly non smoking room but the tub and counters and blankets clearly had burn marks on them..other than the confusion and being lied to the place is ok"

"The rooms were definitely reflective of the 8 star rating for this motel. Room smelled like weed, toilet wasn't very secure and wobbled at the slightest movement. The air conditioner was super loud."

"This is an older property and in poor condition. The paint is peeling off the walls in many places. There is damage that has not been corrected, The property was busy, as it is near the interstate and there were a plethora of college and travel teams playing this time of year, coupled with the World Cup. My sink was stopped up and it was a Friday. The answer I got was, "the maintenance guy will be back Monday." They didn't fix it. The ice machine on my floor was not functional. At least the AC...

"I booked a room a week before our trip. Get to the hotel, only to be told by the hotel staff that there was a “glitch” in the system and the room we booked was no longer available. They said we could take the room they had or find another hotel. Since we had driven 4 hours and it was late, we took the room and slept on the floor. The staff was not helpful or apologetic for the situation. Terrible experience!"

"the best part of our recent stay at the Baymont was the helpful front desk staff. "There was a mini refrigerator and a microwave. But the photos showed a sink/counter area and a larger refrigerator. Not a great choice for mid length or monthly stays. No coffee maker, but there is a waffle house and another restaurant in the same parking lot. All in all great for the money if your only staying a night or two. I work at night and a door hanger that lets the staff know I don't need house keepers ng would've been nice as well."

"All the staff we met were great. From the very sweet lady at the front desk when we checked in (gave us some cupcakes), the lady and gentlemen that cleaned up my mess when I spilled a cup of coffee and the maintenance man that brought us a luggage rack and got our room changed when the air conditioner wouldn't work. All were super!"
