"I had a nice weekend stay. My room was clean and the hot breakfast was really good."

"It's conveniently located at the foot of the George Washington Bridge. We did walk about a half a mile down the side of the road ( no sidewalk) to catch a $3 mini bus to GWB station in New York. We then caught the A train for $3 into Manhattan. It's cheaper than the $23 toll one way. The young lady at the desk printed out the best route to take. The breakfast was fair and staff was very professional. I'd stay there again for sure."

"We really enjoyed our stay.the housekeeper maria who is in charge of the 11th floor she is amazing!.the rooms also so spacious and comfortable.karina and Carmen from the breakfast area beautiful persons too! always smile and ready to help you and provided the best service..also the breakfast so yummy! Nice pool,gym and barbecue area.I hope i can come back soon if JEHOVAH GOD willing"

"The only thing was the smoke detector was chirping all day and night (room 326). Lloy-Ann replaced the battery and it didn't help. She did offer to switch out our room, but we declined. Otherwise, we loved our stay. That's our hotel any time we are in White Plains, NY, for a church convention. We highly recommend. Thank you, Baymont by Windham staff. God bless you. "Clean room, great staff, great breakfast with lots of options. Always coffee available and the room and facilities were kept well. We got a room with a jacuzzi and it was perfect! The pool wasn’t full size and was a little dirty, but we still enjoyed it and others did as well. We made use of the gym, but the water bubbler was empty both days. The front desk gave us bottled water instead."

"Overall, the room was extremely clean and well kept. The staff at the front desk was extremely polite and welcoming. Breakfast every morning was hot and fresh and delicious. The coffee available throughout the day was very much appreciated. Learned only our second day in that there is EV charging at the back of the property. It was very, very hot so the water and bananas available in the foyer were also very much appreciated as they kept us hydrated and potassium levels up."

Giving it 2 stars because the room itself was okay I booked a five‑night stay and had a travel delay, so I called the hotel repeatedly to let them know. No one ever answered. I had to contact my third‑party booking site, and they were able to reach the hotel’s reservations department, who noted my late arrival.
