We also liked the divided space in the unit. it was a little hot in the room, but we were able to get a fan so that helped a bit"

"The property is well located, within walking distance to all the sights. The rooms were clean and as described. Staff responded quickly to questions through the Expedia app and were friendly and helpful. We arrived on an early morning flight and were able to leave our bags there while out sightseeing, as well as check into our room early (2pm), which we really appreciated. There are also laundry facilities in the basement of the property that we were able to use."

"Not worth $500 a night, and certainly not a true 5 star property. Parking is a pain and expensive. Staff is not consistently competent or helpful. Bathroom mirrors are dirty, lack of info about minibar and amenities. Also, the Docklands area is bland and lame."

"I would not recommend this hotel. Before arriving, I requested an early check-in because my flight landed in the morning and paid an additional €50 for it. When I arrived, I was given a room that was clearly not the room I had booked. It was small, old, and not particularly clean. I returned to reception assuming it was a mistake, and was then told that my actual room was in the newer building but was not ready. After checking, the front desk informed me that the room would not be available...

"The location is excellent, and the hotel is new, clean, and well maintained. However, the rooms are extremely small. The shower had great water pressure, but the drainage in both the shower and the sink was poor. The bathroom sink was also unusually small. If you’re anything other than petite, be prepared for a tight fit, and it’s difficult to avoid getting water outside the shower area or the sink. While the hotel has many positives, the room and bathroom size may be a significant drawback for...
