"Thank you for the great hospitality. Everything was excellent! The only suggestion would be to add a manual and labels for your switches so guests know which switch is for the washing machine, dishwasher, towel drying rack. The best part for me was listening to the seagulls at night. It was beautiful."

We asked several times for help in this regard. I wish they had a package that offered for breakfast included in overall price. I thank them for finding a larger rooom, which I paid an additional fee. However, the space was clearly not used for some time (dusty, musty, with some centipede insects). It was also designed...

In a what's app msg they said they'd "reset it on their end"; nothing happened and no follow up. Unrelated to take - the signature scent in the lobby is really nice but it's so thick in the air I couldn't sit in any of the lobby, restaurant areas bc it gave me a headache.
