"Absolutely amazing! Staff is superb! They surprised my husband with a cake for his birthday and upgraded our stay for this special occasion! This place not only has amazing staff but the rooms are so clean and everything was flawless! We will for sure be back! Love the wonderful hospitality and I greatly appreciate them making my husbands day more special! "

We try following reviews when choosing places to stay and was disappointed by a place (different hotel- different company) we stayed a week ago, but so glad we chose the Hyatt this time! "This place is convenient to Historic McKinney. It’s close to suburbs. It’s a quiet area. The rooms are comfortable and clean. My stay was peaceful. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Thank you. Front desk staff were friendly and polite. "

"This hotel is perfect for travelers who are just in transit and driving their own vehicle. My wife and I stayed there for 5 nights but it is impossible to go for a walk and find a shopping center around there. We were lucky because we have a relative who made our life easier while we were i vacation. But I recommend it because it is very clean; all the staff members are very polite and the area is very safe!!"

"Even though we only stayed for one night, our experience was great! The hotel is clean, quiet, we enjoyed our room and our kids did as well. Breakfast was good and the staff treated us very well from the receptionist up to the staff in charge of the breakfast and area. Totally recommend this hotel and will definitely use again when back in the area!!!"
