"Property was very out of date as if they barely tried to keep it manageable day to day. The air conditioner in my room was so loud. I was unable to sleep all night. There was construction being done in the pool area so no chance of using that. The staff were friendly, but I would never stay here again."

"The hotel is outdated and is on renovation on four floor. Noises from renovation occur during the day. We arrived at the airport in the afternoon and waited at least 45 minutes for the hotel shuttle bus with multiple phone calls. Breakfast is OK. Bathroom floor has lot of stains on it. Sink in our room is blocked when arrived. With current condition of this hotel it's not at 3 stars rating."

"Unfortunately, our stay fell short in several areas. 1. The restroom near the pool was extremely dirty and had a terrible smell, which made it impossible for us to use the pool at all. This should be a basic standard for any hotel. 2. During breakfast, I asked the waitress to microwave a cup of milk for my son, and she told me they would charge a fee just to do that. This felt excessive and unwelcoming, especially for such a small request involving a child. 3. On top of that, parking costs $25,...

"Breakfast was nice consisting of omelette with cheese, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, juices, yogurt, toast and muffins. Parking was convenient and not as much as I thought it would be. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. A few planes in the evening but not while we were sleeping (that I know of haha). Easy to check out and close to the car rental return place for the airport. A 7-Eleven is across the road and we got snacks to watch the games."

However, I reserved and paid for 2 queen beds on Expedia, but when I got there, I was told that I paid for a single queen and I had pay extra for 2 queen beds, even though my Expedia reservation stated 2 queen beds. It was late at night and we were tired, so I paid the extra, but it didn't seem right. We won't stay there again."

"Great hotel location and clean facility. It looked like there wasn't enough staff. The internet on the computer near the checkin desk was down anytime I tried accessing. Breakfast was great but the flask in which they stored the coffee and water was not holding the heat well. We did not use the laundry or gym."
