Room was clean and no issues with room in general. Surprised that there was no recycling bins in the room on anywhere that I saw in the hotel. Probably one of the first hotels I’ve been in that doesn’t look like they recycle. Also surprised that there is no microwave in the room but a community microwave in the hall for all guest to use. For $300 per night I would expect to be a microwave in each room.

The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean. The bathrooms were very clean. The food was good in both restaurants and the only complaint that we had on our three days stay was the meals were very slow to be served in both restaurants. The appeared to be understaffed for the snowmobile event that was going on that weekend. It was a great place to stay.

Beauful hotel, a great choice for a long weekend stay. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, they gave us some suggestions of activities to do in the area, we spent the afternoon cross country skiing, with rentals and trails only a 10 minute drive away. Nice restaurant conveniently onsite. We enjoyed the cozy outdoor sauna and steam room after a day in the snow. The welcome letter in the room was a nice surprise as well Thank you!

The room and beds were very comfortable. It was great to have so many indoor activities available on a very cold weekend (games for the kids, lounge, pool, sauna, steam room). With it being very cold though, the poor area could use some work- the doors aren’t sealed properly, so lots of cold air from outside gets in, maybe it feel a little cooler in the pool area. The outside “backyard” area looked fun, but wasn’t shoveled for access to the bonfire areas.

The room was excellent. The only exceptions are the bathroom door felt like it was going to fall off the hinges, and an open shower is not ideal. The entire hotel was excellent. Loved the pool facilities, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, including the server at the lounge. He even took pictures for us with the moose 😆. The food was great but not the braised ribs. Tiny portion, all fat, and overpriced.
