"This was a beautiful and peaceful property. It’s not spotless like a resort, but it is wonderful and comfortable. The staff is phenomenal and so helpful for all your needs. They called me so many taxis and helped make sure they would come (often calling them again). I stayed in the Fale, and it’s such a cool experience. It’s definitely more like camping, but it’s unique and fun. Make sure to bring an extension cord because the power outlets are on the ceiling in the fales."

"Amazing stay, stunning resort with the most beautiful gardens. Ideal for couples and families. Food at the restaurant was great. Affordable transport to the wharf. Only negative was that wifi is only available at reception and the restaurants. "

"After significant research on all of the 4/5 star hotels in Samoa, Taumeasina is by far the best and most luxurious on the island of Upolu. The resort service is best in class and the daily activities are very informative and relevant to the Samoan culture. "Staff were welcoming and extremely helpful, 10/10 customer service! Accommodation and room was great, toilets need to be flushed more frequently than usual to avoid blocking haha Beds are quite hard, which suited my back well but the mrs wasnt as keen 😅 Hot water takes time to kick in but it does warm up after a few minutes, so be patient Google maps tells you to turn down at the wrong point, but need to turn down the next side street where a sign says"

"Good selection of room types. Was able to book four adults and one child into a seven person room. Hotel cose to Apia CBD and main hospital. Rate included breakfast. "

"Overall our stay was very good. However the smoking area is too close to the dining area and no mosquito nets. Staff are very friendly & helpful. The buffet breakfast is excellent and location too. Live music also good. Lovely outlook of gardens from our room. We would definitely stay again."
