Our room was clean but the heater was not working under negative 1 and snowing. No one was in the property to help us fix the issue. No one answers nor return the calls we made. Zero customer service.

Fantastic lodge style accommodation. Excellent facilities kept in good, clean, working condition. My only gripe is that I can't book a room for the white season!

Contactless check in and check out, property and rooms are so clean and tidy, open the window you will face stunning mountain view, extra large bed, the spa tub is a bonus, didn’t expect there’s one in the shower room, room is small but super clean, full equipped shared kitchen clean and has everything you need, shared entertainment areas has all kinds of books/activities/tools. The property is located up the village you need to walk up the hills for 15 mins from offsite parking but the view and crisp fresh air makes no regret of such walk!

Too many spiders were in the tiny room. We were alert and cautious whole night because we were staying with 2 and 3 years old children.

Lovely place to stay with beautiful views

We had a lovely stay at Murmeli falls creek. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the kids loved playing ping pong and watching TV in the common areas. It was great to have access to a fully equipped kitchen an lovely getting to chat with the other guest. The room was simple and clean with a gorgeous view. Would absolutely recommend!

Nice place but noisy

Nice place. Clean room with breathtaking mountain view. However, at night it was way too noisy with kids running around the hallway and super loud karaoke singing that goes to 10.30pm. Need to inform the staff to get the people to tone down. Otherwise a nice stay.

Great ski resort location. Good if you're a snow skier or mountain biker. A bit wasted on us as we just needed overnight accommodation.
