Great location overlooking Gyllyngvase beach. Friendly, helpful staff. Shout out to Hannah for welcoming us on arrival, very kind! Breakfast included in room charge and very well done. Just FYI if you are coming by train the walk with luggage is mostly uphill and takes about 10 min

The room was a bit old and could use a bit of refurbishing, unlike in the photos. The room had basic amenities and felt overpriced. We only found out there’s an additional charge for using the spa when we arrived, which if I had known at the time ok booking, might have chosen a different place. Despite the above, staff were very nice and food was great.

Absolutely loved our stay here and wish we could’ve stayed for longer.. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool or the spa as we had such lovely weather and we’re enjoying the beach. Staff lovely, comfy bed and lovely shower!

Excellent hotel in a great location very close to the beach. I had a single room which to be honest was a little small but perfectly adequate for a short stay. The hotel is clean and has many great facilities. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order with a selection of continental food at the buffet. Short 10 to 15 minute walk to the town centre or 20 minutes if you follow the coast road. Well worth a stay, thank you for a pleasant experience.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast was a standout with a great selection and everything was fresh and well prepared. Having access to the health club was a massive bonus and made the stay feel even more relaxing. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I also loved the theming throughout the hotel — it gave the place a lot of character and made it feel more unique than a standard stay. Everything was clean, tidy, and well looked after. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience and I’d happily stay again.
