"I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well, which was especially appreciated during the summer. The stay seemed to be a great value. My only suggestion would be to add sheer curtains so guests can have natural light during the day while still maintaining privacy. "Location was great and had free parking if you can find a parking spot. Small rooms but beds are nice. Used the jetted tub and it hasn’t had the jets cleaned in a long time - black stuff filled the tub. Our room was right over the kitchen next door and all you could hear was pots and pans. Rm 110"

"Straight forward instructions to enter the property. Located 20 minutes walk from Modena train station and close the hospital where I had required regular attendances at. Venue appears clean. Water bottles regularly replenished in mini fridge which was handy for me to leave chilled fruit inside. Tea / coffee making facilities located in a communal area where it doesn't exactly have a proper kitchen but enough bottles of water to fill a kettle to boil and make a drink. No washing up required...

"Clean, modern & quiet apartment & rooms. Right next to Enzo Ferrari’s museum . Check in was a bit badly coordinated and we had just 1 key but once we had contact all went well. The parking says we can stay only 2 hours so we moved the car around during the day but had no trouble during the night. But in all great apartment!! 17 minute walk to cathedral and restaurants and shopping. A great place to stay at a reasonable rate."

"Very modern, comfortable apartment in the heart of Modena. Quiet and immaculately clean. Cool in the hot temperatures. Delightful shower. Easy communication with the hosts. Reached out to help with recovering my bag when I left it at the Parma airport. Great coffee shop across the street."

"Hotel felt a little shabby and in need of renovation. The walls between the rooms are paper thin so take earplugs. There were two front desk staff - one was nice and helpful, the other not. Location is very convenient and easy walking to the center of town. Breakfast is not great."
