"Was very pleasantly surprised because the rate was so low. Room was clean and renovated, and there were tons of options for breakfast. Was only there for a quick night so wasn't able to use the pool or the gym, but they looked clean and well kept. Would definitely come back here."

"The room given to us is not yet ready, the cleaners are still there. The cleaning process was not yet done because the dusts on the table was still visible. The bed sheets were I think not replaced because there were strands of hair. The staff were not properly coordinated. The parking is conveniently available near the entrance. The kitchen was available but there were no kitchenware, and utensils available. I think the kitchen was no use because of that."

"The room i stayed in the sheets were stained, looked like people had sex on the bed and the bed was just remade, the room had bugs one the way up the stairs were remains of weed cigarettes, towels looked used, my room was changed not any better and remote not in room for tv. Slept reluctantly on top of bed and put shirt on top of pillows to sleep. Didn't sleep at all. Person at front desk aid that the housekeepers are not very good said ill look for a room that "may" be better. WILL NOT EVER GO...

"Poor communication from the outset. I sent a message asking if they could clarify a couple of small details relating to the area and mentioned that i would be checking out a day earlier (not asking for a refund) as i had booked an extra day by mistake. 2 months later i received a reply. Arrival - Directions clear enough but there is no sign at all for the property, no person to meet you on arrival, the only person i saw other than the odd other guest here and there was a cleaner. "Problems with checking in to hotel, shared with others in the street outside also having issues - left outside the building talking to customer representative who was extremely unhelpful. Standing on the street in an area where there were multiple homeless people who were clearly drug dependent did not feel at all safe. This is basically a one star place with extremely basic furnishings - booked two nights and stayed one night Property is unmanned - I was offered future discount if I gave good...

"I was charged for smoking in my room I don’t smoke my son was lefted behind he kept going outside to smoke so I was blamed for the smell of smoke I wasn’t there I had to go to work"

"River view room with a balcony & jetted tub! Really great outdoor amenities - play structure, lounge chairs, gazebo, grills, v-ball b-ball & horseshoes, plus indoor pool!!"

"You get what you pay for basically and don't expect much for what you get. Minimal accommodations with mini kitchen and full fridge (which bumps it's score). An arm chair that looked as though it was pulled from the nearby homeless encampment and an empty, dull space with no character. At least the shower had good pressure and the bed was ok. Maybe give it some well needed TLC and an area rug in the room perhaps to bring some much needed comfort and charm. All in all it was ok for a one night...

"Lumpy uncomfortable mattress. No hair dryer, hallway smelled like a dog pound, noisy dog all night down the hall, outside security door was unlocked, TV remote was missing battery cover and batteries kept falling out, there was a plastic glove on the floor of the room when I walked in (not sure what that was about), room phone was stained- maybe coffee- I wasn't going to use it, but it looked awful, no kleenex provided."
