"My spouse and I definitely enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for just a couple days stay. They were very pet friendly which was great since I have a service dog. They also have doggy stations in the back of the building to toss the poop. The staff were very helpful and so cool! The only thing I would change about the room is that the floor in our room looked like it could’ve used a better sweep and mop. For the property itself, there are A LOT of potholes in the back of the building (we stayed on that side). When it comes to the rooms, I will say that they’re dated and could use a little renovation love. But, that’s nothing that can be fixed over night so that’s not as big of a deal. I will say I like that breakfast is included! But, I wish it ran a bit longer like till 10am maybe. Other than the particular type stuff, it was over all a pretty good stay! I’d come again especially for shorter type trips!"

"Very dirty room Smelled horrible Stains on the carpet, towels and sheets Furniture looked like it was picked up at the landfill, falling apart and ripped material Out of 5 windows, 2 didn't open at all, painted shut. And the other 3 opened but there were holes in the screen. And 1 window wouldn't even stay open. Bare walls No extra blanket, usually you would find an extra one in the closet. 1 very small garbage. Small fridge that also smelled bad. Property needed attention badly. Trash and cigarettes on the ground everywhere. "

"Rooms were very clean, had microwave, mini fridge. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Only thing that I didn't like was you couldn't unlock the door, had to have key, only had 1 key for 3 adults. Bathroom didn't lock. Everything else was fantastic."

"I came for an event (to meet my adult hero Diamond Dallas Page). And I figured “Ramada? That must be beautiful”. Wow. I was shocked. The entire place (outside) reeks of pot smoke. Inside is even worse. The elevator - the rooms - it’s just a outdated property that doesn’t seem to have anything updated in years. A/C unit blew such a weak stream of air — I had it blasted and we were still sweating all night. I could barely sleep because the beds we’re so uncomfortable. The staff was great. No complaints about any of them or the way they treated us. Just a rough stay. I had two nights booked but we’re taking the L and heading home. I can’t fathom one more night of no sleep. "

"The place was just dirty, hallways never vacuumed. Rooms if you looked close enough not to clean. The same dirt and pennies were literally in the hallway for my whole stay. Room key kept failing so needed to be reset constantly. Very small tv and reception was not good a lot of times. Probably won't be back it needs a complete overhaul corporate should visit they would be appalled "
