"Yes, the breakfast is phenomenal especially the pancake machine maker, very clean!! No measuring cup, no spillage abd efficient. You just press the button and have your plate ready for the machine to spool out your pancakes. I experienced biscuits with gravy which i never had. Our room ckean, I confirmed that myself. "We stayed here more by accident than design, having to alter our plan to stay with a local relative when we both came down with tenacious colds as soon as we arrived in Rhode Island. Kayla and Matul at the front desk were most accommodating throughout our several "add on" bookings, moving things around so we were able to stay in the same room instead of having to move within the hotel. "Everything was just OK. Not really any better or worse than I expected. The real problem was the heat would not shut off. Even when you put it in the cool position, heat blared out of the vent. There was also an AC unit in the outside wall. We shut the heat, totally off and cranked the AC, but there was no cool air coming from it at all. I will see that I don’t generally have complaints and we have stayed here several times before, but this particular time was not comfortable."

"Management seems to be terrible. All staff are unhappy and complaining about the new management threatening to fire them and get new staff. They are always out of food items and you have to share staff for the front desk and bar area."
