"Building is sitting a little further back from main road and right next to the airport. We had trouble sleeping from the planes taking off. We can literaturily see the southwest airlines planes from our room window. Typical continental breakfast, the premade egg omelette and pancakes were meh, everything else was good. We wouldn't stay here again for the simple fact that the jet noise was keeping us up at night."

"My spouse and I definitely enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for just a couple days stay. They were very pet friendly which was great since I have a service dog. They also have doggy stations in the back of the building to toss the poop. The staff were very helpful and so cool! The only thing I would change about the room is that the floor in our room looked like it could’ve used a better sweep and mop. "Management seems to be terrible. All staff are unhappy and complaining about the new management threatening to fire them and get new staff. They are always out of food items and you have to share staff for the front desk and bar area."

"Stayed here when moving my daughter from JWU. The hotel and room were very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is a quick walk to JWU’s campus and there’s lots of restaurants and boutiques nearby, with the mall across the street. We also enjoyed the free breakfast which had a wide variety of options. Will definitely stay here again! "

"Everything was just OK. Not really any better or worse than I expected. The real problem was the heat would not shut off. Even when you put it in the cool position, heat blared out of the vent. There was also an AC unit in the outside wall. We shut the heat, totally off and cranked the AC, but there was no cool air coming from it at all. I will see that I don’t generally have complaints and we have stayed here several times before, but this particular time was not comfortable."

"The place was just dirty, hallways never vacuumed. Rooms if you looked close enough not to clean. The same dirt and pennies were literally in the hallway for my whole stay. Room key kept failing so needed to be reset constantly. Very small tv and reception was not good a lot of times. Probably won't be back it needs a complete overhaul corporate should visit they would be appalled "
