"The sheet needs to be replaced. The bathroom were quite old and needs an update as well as the carpet. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"I booked this hotel because of the name Wyndham and its reputation. The front desk was very helpful as were the people who took us to the airport. I just found the hotel in general pretty rundown with my room kind of dirty. There were crumbs on the floor and the furniture was pretty dusty and dirty. I was a single woman and would not recommend walking around the area as it seemed a little sketchy to me. The Lobby area even though it has a great bear on display lacks any Alaskan ambiance. "It was a great location, we took advantage of the airport shuttle, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, and the bed was super comfortable. There was plenty of hot water for a nice shower after a long day of travel. The only negative about our stay was how much noise we could hear through the walls. Our room was adjacent to a busy road and we could hear every car that went by and every conversation outside our room."

"This was a piss poor hotel that claims to be higher end. So this gives them the audacity to charge us a RIDICULOUS price, PLUS a resort fee….. which we used zero of the services. Garbage service by the personnel there. They were cussing and swearing behind the front desk. I also asked for a cup of coffee in the morning and it was hot water. At least produce a decent cup of coffee for the extra you charged me….."

"Hot tub, out of order. Pool, not heated. TV stations, all offline. Staff at check in, not helpful. 3 towels and washcloths for a 4 person reservation. Overall very dissatisfied with our stay."

"Really nice staff and comfortable beds! Had clean and nice showers and bathroom! Even though they were shared they still felt private and were always available when we needed them. Super affordable and would definitely recommend staying here! It was the perfect location after our long flight into Anchorage."

"Due to key card issues, the room was unlocked and the door ajar at arrival. The room had musty odor which we were able to mitigate somewhat with the AC and one of the window locks was broken so the window didn't close tight. There was only 1 bed and we were offered to purchase a roll away cot for the night if needed."
