Congress Plaza Hotel
No hot water and while there was a note slid under my door at sometime, still that isn't a good reason to be glib about the fact that there was no hot water. I get that things happen, but it was disappointing.

Great spot in the shopping district. Good breakfast and nice to have the snacks and drinks for the happy hour time.

Sentral Michigan Avenue
Clean room and nice for a family of 4. The rooms could use some touch ups (paint, shower grout) and the pool could use a clean (clearly coming out of winter but still nice).

Level Chicago – Old Town
The rooms are extremely clean and have everything you need. The staff is so accommodating and friendly. The view is amazing
