"You get what you pay for!!! The room was small, A/C unit was older and didn't cool room adequately. Very basic, nothing to rave about. Bring your own cleaning supplies for a more thorough cleaning."

"Our room was nice and clean, but the hallway carpet is old and outdated. The vending machines were out of order. The pool wasn't working, and the ceiling in the breakfast area was leaking water because of condensation and poor ventilation. The entire hotel needs a makeover!"

"The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a while. They already had ready-made pancakes and hashbrowns. You never see that …. This young lady asked me if I needed some juice and offered to get it for me. That’s next level service. I’ll stay there every time I go to Chicago."
