"This was my second or third time staying at Sonesta Downtown, and I continue to really love this location. The hotel is modern, and very convenient location wise, everything is within 10-20 min walk.
That said, I did have a few issues this time around. Despite it being the summer months, the room was noticeably warmer than the rest of the hotel. I had the ac running the entire time, but, it never seemed to cool the room adequately.

"I think the nice thing about this hotel is it’s close to O’Hare Airport. Also, this hotel has a shuttle to and from the airport and the gentleman that drove the shuttle were extremely kind and professional. I liked our room. It was two queens and they were in separate rooms. That was nice. The only thing I didn’t like was it was run down, for example the bathroom shampoo, conditioner, and soap containers were supposed to be on the wall, but instead they had duct tape around them and they were...
