"Really lovely historic space close to transit and many sights in downtown Chicago! The staff were excellent and kind. Bed was very comfortable. Nice amenities like coffee in the afternoons and breakfast in the morning. Very close to L trains and walkable to lots of great architectural sights (go across the street to the Macy’s and see the interior Tiffany mosaic atrium, you won’t be disappointed). A great spot for solo travel as well! Thanks to everyone who made my stay cozy."

"my room is big but the door a bit off, must slam it hard to close. Location is very good, close to Michigan ave, bus stop and train stop. Many food choices near by."

"Good location downtown, near several L train stops, including blue line to Ohare. Breakfast included, but standard hotel buffet… it was okay. Clean but dated rooms. Minimal amenities in room, who needs two extra telephones? No microwave. Comfortable bed. Quiet environment, no street noise. Seems overpriced for what it is."

"Great hotel in a perfect location. Close to the Metro and surrounded by restaurants and stores. Hotel serves wine at wine hour everyday from 5 to 6 pm. Lobby is large and comfortable for relaxing or meeting friends. Breakfast was available in the lobby as well! Room was clean and comfortable! We would stay here again!"
