He never could find our reservation. After about 30-40 minutes he finally gave us a room as a new booking. No breakfast as advertised except for some yogurt cups and coffee. The hotel charges $5 for each shuttle ride. There were no cups in the room at all. "

"We just stayed in the room didn’t use any amenities. But while we were out for the day someone tried to break into our locked suitcase so when I tried to get into it this morning i couldn’t and there is marks all over the lock"

"It’s not what I expected. For the price I paid, I expected better. But in my room, the AC unit panel door was broken, the unit itself was duct taped to the wall. The faucet in the bathtub doesn’t switch over fully when turning on the shower. The closet door wouldn’t close fully. It just wasn’t what I had hoped. On top of all that I had to pay $30 for parking which no one mentioned. "

"it was so nice and personable very modern and cute and the staff was really helpful with exploring the area and lively. 10/10 i will continue to book here. they also do price match and i found out that its cheaper to call than to book on expedia. my booking price for a friday night on the app was 213 but when i called it was 175. definitely try to call for bookings just in case"
