"When I arrived to check in, there was a delay the staff member was having a hard time with the third-party process, I was almost charged twice. I had to wait I arrived around midnight I was tired had a terrible day and I had to wait. I was very frustrated. I just wanted to get to the room but still there was a delay and when it came to check out, I had some issues going on that day check out was at noon for me. I asked for a late checkout, and I had just arrived back from the hospital and the front desk staff member called the room very rude. Telling me you need to check out no sympathy no nothing just rude. I didn’t appreciate it after dealing with family complications to come back to the place to pick up my stuff and have rudeness from the staff members. I went downstairs to the front office and I him know I didn’t appreciate that and there was a better way to talk to customer I also let the supervisor know that was on duty that was not OK and all I got from the supervisor was a very unapologetic apology no words no nothing stood there and just looked at me and I end up just walking out. Never had an experience like this. I stay at La Quinta across Arizona, New Mexico and Colorado. This was the first time I came across a problem like this I will not be staying at this location again.
