"My overall impression was just “meh”. There was no one monitoring the front desk. Finally saw a tiny sign that said to call 0 for help. So I did from the landline on the desk. After ringing for quite a while a man came from the back dressed like a mechanic. He had on a company shirt, but didn’t look professional and didn’t act particularly professional. No greeting. Hardly any engagement. The whole hotel desperately needs to be updated. The dishwasher was running loudly when we got to our room...

"the tub was filthy and it was leaking constantly. The breakfast pictures depicted berry smoothies we where bummed when the wasn't any. But otherwise everything was fantastic"

"Working in the hospitality industry I notice a lot. The lady that checked me in was very nice and helpful. I got to the room and it was not very clean. The whirlpool appeared broken and it was very dark in that corner. The bed was gross. The top sheet had stains on it, the sheets were so thin in spots you could see thru them and they didn’t fit on the bed. I had to sleep on my own blanket. The bathtub was slimy I had to clean it before I used it. This property is in need of a serious facelift."

"The room was very nice. Loved the jetted tub, great shower pressure. The pillows were nice but the bed itself was very firm. If you have back issues like I do the extra firm bed was not nice for my back."

"Good breakfast- we really enjoy our breakfast. my recognition to the lady who works in the kitchen she does excellent job- very nice person so kind person. Say HI to her in behalf me and my husband. Room was clean , beds are comfortable. Bathroom are clean- just need make sure to refill shampoo, conditioner and body wash it was not enough for our stay (3 nights). I will reserve this hotel for future visit and recomen this hotel."

"The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room refrigerator did not work and we did not realize it until the next day so the takeout order (three meals) we purchased to take home had to be thrown away. "

"All of the staff looked like they had just lost their best friend and didn’t want to be there. Very unhelpful when we came with any question or concern. It was so stupid you couldn’t pay the difference so my grandson could get the item he wanted. He actually won a nice prize in the claw machine but it dropped it right before it was delivered. We told staff… they did nothing. Another machine also took his points… again nothing . Very disappointed "

"Hotel staff was decent, bed was comfy. Had to switch rooms at 2am due to finding a cockroach, just to be switched to a less valuable room and when I opened the door to the new room there was a naked dude sleeping in bed. Got switched again to a room that didn’t have a fridge/freezer for my cold stuff, finally got upgraded to a jacuzzi room but tv did not work. Breakfast is a loaf of bread, cheap bagels and a toaster. Would not recommend this hotel."

"Unique area for tourists. Breakfast was standard. Room was clean; BUT the Hallway and front entrance smelled like weed...I haven't stayed in any choice hotel within the last 10 years where I faced such an horrible smell."
