"Hotel was clean, our room was nice. The staff was very nuce and helpful. Only complaint is the breakfast was poorly run, with the plates in the middle of an L shaped counter making it impossible to get plates and utensils to start getting food without needing to squeeze between everyone else while they're getting their food."

"Rooms were clean and very quiet. The rooms had a refrigerator, but no microwave. There was a coffee station by the front desk and microwave in the breakfast area. Washers and dryers were available if needed. They had an indoor swimming pool and hot tub. The staff were very friendly and available."

I reported the issue to the front desk and asked that it be repaired while we were out, but after two repair attempts, the drainage problem became even worse. "We had 2 rooms both with showers that were not draining. We said something 2 nights in a row and they never fixed it, never moved us to working rooms and the manager didn’t even bother to apologize. Hotel was dirty and things were broken/not working. Staff was rude, they didn’t want to give us towels(didn’t even have enough for the amount of people in the room) staff didn’t want to fill the empty food or drink when people were asking. I wouldn’t tell anyone to stay here unless they get better...

"Stayed 4 nights. No room service any day while there to refresh towels/sheets. Booked room for family of 4. When we arrived, the pull out sofa bed (twin mattress) did not have sheets or pillows, and there were only three towels in the bathroom. First thing to be done was to visit front desk for towels and bedding. Then I made the bed for the kids. The biggest issue (for ANY hotel) is no bathroom fan. The location was convenient to lots of things from Vallyfair to Mall of America to the Zoo. Staff was friendly. Parking sufficient. Close to stores and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were decent. What i would rate lower is I felt the 2 bedroom suite did not have adequate ventilation in the bedrooms. It seemed like the AC dumped cold air into the living room and the only way to cool...

"I booked a room with 2 queens and when I arrived I was told they only had a room with 1 king size bed. Front desk unable to help or be understanding. Worst experience ever. Glass door was off the rail and was told by front desk to just shower like that. Safety hazard and they don’t care."
