"Everything was great! The location, the pool and grounds, food and beverage were wonderful. The staff was very helpful. It was a great benefit to be able to do a load of laundry. Our only suggestion would be to add another set of machines, as it gets busy but thankful to have it."

"The property is very nice . My room was ok , nice view , spacious bathroom except the shower . The lights switchers are confusing but understandable because is an old European style . Breakfast is very good . A lot choices and was included in the price . Staff is great always try to help you . Location is good , just 600 mts from San Gimignano main entrance . You don’t need a car to go close to inside the walls . Parking is difficult in the area but you will find a spot away from the hotel .!...

"We were very happy with our experience in Tuscany... however, found it very difficult to get a taxi. One super kind lady at front desk with light hair helped us,... she called around until she could get us one.. then reserved it for us 2 days out. That was really the only issue... The poolside was so lovely and the breakfast each day AMAZING!!!!!!! Cant say enough. would love to stay there again!.. Helen Heyes"

"Antonella is a lovely woman who speaks a little English. We were all able to understand each other with no problem. She was welcoming and gave us a lovely glass of wine from her vineyards when we arrived. Her surroundings are beautiful with seeing olive trees and vineyards and the town of Certaldo. Our room was big , very clean and bathroom was great. I would totally recommend going to her place . They also give tours of their vineyards and olive oil factory. I wish we could have stayed another...

We stayed here at the end of a hectic tour of the boot of Italy so it was perfect for relaxing. The staff was great!! I would definitely recommend it!"

"The very clean room that I stayed in was very large and perfectly appointed extra pillows and blankets were in the closet closet. It was a very comfortable room windows had room darkening curtains. Excellent for night sleeping. The bathroom was superb with a towel dryer, a hair dryer, a bidet toilet, and the shower was supreme. In addition to the toiletries that were left you would not be disappointed if you book a room at this hotel, the breakfast and staff were great room cleanings occurred...

We only wish their rooftop deck would’ve been open for even better views. The hotel and winery are family owned and it’s very clear that they value every guest!"
