"Room was immaculate and comfortable, heated floors in the bathroom were a great touch. Breakfast buffet is very good. The spa is impressive and has everything you need for a day of relaxation. We’ve also booked separate treatments and the massage and facial were excellent. Location of the hotel is also great, literally steps from the Christmas market, the Casino and other attractions. Valet was not included but extremely efficient and took good care of the car. Easy and fast check in and check...

"The hotel is conveniently located across the Old town, Petite France and Christmas markets. There are a lot of restaurant choices nearby. The hotel ambience was beautiful. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. Our room was large, beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. They offered a wide variety of food options.
