"Loved having a kettle in room. Water was hot and bathtub long. Train into Venice was in backyard of hotel and only like $5 each way. We were able to borrow a correct adapter to charge our phones. Quite a nice selection at breakfast. Enjoyed taste of Italian pasta in the restaurant for dinner and reasonably priced - 2 dinners and a bottle of water for about $40 and a pretty large portion. "This was our first night in Italy (near Venice) before we hopped on a cruise. Excellent location, as it was close to airport where we would be getting our shuttle. The hotel is on the same road as the main bus that takes you into Venice (hope on hope off bus - excellent service and schedule). This was a perfect stop-over before we boarded our cruise. The Breakfast buffet is excellent - and staff was amazing."

"I reserved a room with a Venice view, and I'm glad I did. The room was large, with a glass partition between the shower and the bedroom. With the large window beyond, it made the mood quite special. Everything was lovely and clean, but... the mattress was terrible--memory foam so lumpy, it should have been replaced long ago, along with the four pillows that, conversely, were like rocks.
