The room was good. Would stay again. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok would enjoy more variety on menu. Parking was good enough parking. All in all my stay was good. Like I said would definitely stay again and longer stay than 1 night.

The front desk attendant who checked me in was very nice and friendly. The property and the room are filthy, there are huge stains on the carpet. The upholstery on the couch in my room was so dirty I did not want to sit on it. There were 2 red solo cups of water in my fridge and a box of baking soda. The entire oven and stovetop was all pulled apart with the racks and the burners laying on top. There are roach traps under the bathroom sink.

I checked in late. The hotel front desk staff was very polite and compassionate. The services on the other was terrible. The first room i had was unclean. There was dried urine on the toilet seat. The tub was not clean and the drain was not working and water was standing while i take a shower. While taking a shower roaches was in the shower and room. The next room was really no better. It was basically just to sleep. Very nice assistant manager

Location, location, location

I love staying close to the Mash House as it’s my favorite restaurant in Fayetteville. Being close enough to walk is particularly convenient. This time I chose the hotel because they allow dogs and we were traveling with our dog for the first time. He was made very welcome and having a suite gave us plenty of room.

Home away from home

My family and i stayed there for 3 weeks. The staff was all so friendly and professional. They always had a treat at the front desk for my dog. The room was clean and fresh smelling. The only issue i had was sometimes the door didn't recognize my key card. But overall our stay was great.

This was a great location and overall in good shape, but the room setup was not convenient. I know some of this was because it was accessible (don't know why I was placed there), but there should still be more counter space in the bathroom and table area. Staff was very helpful!
