The staff is great, they have worked with us to ensure we were as comfortable as possible. The room was surprisingly nice, we’re not from the area and we’ve heard some not great things about the area so we were very surprised at how quiet and safe the property was.
It was a comfortable bed and it was ok for the night

It was ok the outside reeked of marijuana lots of empty beer cans. Some homeless people always hanging around. Staff were friendly though.

Roaches
Room was and is very dirty. I’ve seen a lot of small roaches. I had to clean it to feel comfortable. Smells bad due to previous guest smoking inside. Bed is a little comfortable. Bed and tv in weird locations. Staff is very friendly!

Heavy smoking smell even in the nonsmoking room I was in, outer appearance looks a little rough, with one of the front doors not working. But my room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities. Worth the price if you’re just staying a couple days

Overnight stay in Fayetteville
The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, gladly providing assistance when needed. The facility as a whole was sketchy, they have monthly rates for rooms so it seems as if a majority of the tenants are long term residents, making the place seem as if it was a cheap apartment complex in the city. The room itself wasn't noticeably dirty but the presence of cockroaches all over the room took away all hopes of cleanliness. Other than the roaches, the room suited our needs. I would not recommend this place for those with children or weak stomachs.
This place is a dump and looks like a roach motel! The phone looks like it has been sitting in the dumpster, the pillows are disgusting and flat, I didn’t even take my clothes off when I went to sleep because I was scared bedbugs were lurking. Save yourself the headache, and do not stay here.
The room was disgusting. I took photos to show exactly why I’ve said so. My partner nearly fell down because the toilet seat was broken. The front curtains were barely attached. The window sill was filled with dirt and dead insects. The bed mattress squeaked and we both fell into the middle of the bed. The pillows were little more than pancakes. The baseboard in the bathroom barely covered broken and moldy wallboard. The baseboard was so far away from the wallboard that they used screws to attempt attaching the baseboard to the walls. The table was covered in unidentified white gunk. There was some type of spilled and dried red paint or lacquer on the bare wood floor. One night later, I can still recall the stench.
I must take time to acknowledge the extremely nice check-in clerk, Susie. She seemed embarrassed to offer the room to me.
My frustration is more with Expedia than with the motel. How dare you offer that establishment as a reasonable place for patrons to stay. Once we checkout on Expedia, we have no choice but to spend the night or just lose the money we spent. Truly, you have no decency. In my 75 years of travel and renting hotel rooms this was utterly the worst venue I have ever seen. I suspect, I will never see this review posted on the Expedia website. Shame on you.

Had a booking but when we got there they had no rooms available. I had to go find another hotel
A lone young girl was chased by 3 men who were harassing her from the second floor - ]she was on the bottom floor walking back from the McDonalds nearby. The men ran down the second floor outside stairs and chased her. She rain into her room on the ground floor to get away from them as any sane person would. They bashed out a window with a long rifle on the ground floor room and then ran. The glass from the window shattered and hit the girl in the head The men did not enter the room but immediately ran way.
The girl was not doing anything wrong - she was being harassed and chased by 3 men with a long gun which looked like a rifle, This is NOT a safe motel. DO NOT STAY THERE.
