The property was clean and well kept. Unfortunately, there was group of unruly guest. Being obnoxious and inconsiderate. Yelling and talking til 3am. I called the front desk numerous times and it was to no avail. The noise continued, i found a number another agent and Instead of fixing the problem he suggested that I leave the hotel with my elderly mom at 2am. It was quite and experience, especially after having a late flight and getting to the room late. We didnt rest at all that night. Subsequent nights were better, but we were not told that there was a list to clean the room. Evidently we missed our day and no one clean our room, took out the trash or changed the sheets. It was really terrible experience. The only that saved it was the friendly staff and the fact that waffle house was next store. Also, the pool lookwd gross.
