There was mold in the bathroom. The fire extinguisher did not have batteries. Also there were so many bugs outside that they flew inside and were in the beds.

The air conditioning was good, breakfast-- ugh! Tables were dirty from others using them- had sticky syrup on them. Orange juice tasted sour- yucky! Breakfast needed improvement- and no one was attending to the room to replenish food, wipe tables, and help the customers needs.

So close to Round Top. Secluded, roomy and so cute. Love it and booking for later this year.
