"Room, pub and staff were lovely. However, if you're looking to get a good nights rest avoid the tower. Its a pub so loud music and open till late, walls and floors paper thin so you can hear conversations going on downstairs, music thumbping till midnight and then the person tidying up was pushing the chairs along the wooden flooring which created a loud screeching noise"

"Booked into the Inn for 2 nights. The room and bed was very small. No table. Shower was ok. Dirty carpets on stairs. We did eat there and food very expensive. Although I was aware of no refund policy I did Ask for a refund for 2nd night and was assured that when I contacted Expedia this would not be a problem. When Expedia contacted the inn they refused. Very disappointed and the Inn was adamant that I was not assured of a refund. Very disappointed "

"Lovely hotel and surroundings, would happily visit again, especially got breakfast. The only let down is the gym is accessed via the pool, and overlooks the poolside which made for a not so relaxing swim with all the late teens coming and going. I think they must let non hotel guests use it aswell which let it down because of how loud they were jumping in and out the pool. "

"Absolutely everything! What a great find this establishment is. If we return to Pitlochry we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The facilities are top notch, lovely, clean and quiet room (7) in the Courtyard, huge and very comfortable bed and a very spacious and spotless bathroom. Breakfast was nothing short of exceptional! , so many choices on the menu and all breakfasts cooked fresh to order using local, fresh produce. Portions were very generous, hot and very well presented, and definitely set you...

"Beautiful surroundings, the cottage we stayed in was spacious, well kept and ideal for a relaxing break. During most of our stay the onsite restaurant was closed but there are great local options available. The only downside was the pool area was looking a little tired with the jacuzzi and a shower in the changing area out of service. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our time here."
