"Communication great, received messages about how to get in for my stay. Room clean tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!"

"I am super harsh when it comes to my hotels, but this one is one was one of the best i’ve ever stayed at. it is so clean, modern, and unique! great shower products (sald and stone) and also a mini fridge STACKED with treats. i am a travel agent, so ive seen some pretty nice hotels. you cant be the price, location, amenities, and service."

"I love the River Inn on Harbor Island. It reminds me of an older stately hotel like the Omni Grove Park Inn and the Martha Washington Inn. However, it is quite dark and the toilets are short (as in 14-15 inches high. So please take this into consideration. The restaurants here and around the hotel are terrific. But the best part has to be the employees that work there. Very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable of the area. We prefer this to the Peabody which is the only other hotel we have...

"The entire hotel was a top flight experience in understated luxury and quiet elegance - I loved how consistently and beautifully the hotel has built its brand around the elegant ducks!! Even the carpet harkens to the beautiful duck egg blue/green colors and our room was a haven and oasis in the Memphis heat. Will be back, and will definitely stay at the Peabody!"
