"Péssima. Me colocaram em um quarto sem janelas, sem ar condicionado, sem ventilador, sem qualquer ventilação, com cheiro de mofo muito forte e baratas. Pingou água do teto no chão, ao lado da cama. "On avait une chambre avec salle de bain, on s’est crue au royaume des champignons. La salle de bain était noire y en avait dans tous les recoins et au plafond. Les murs étaient sales et a moitié peint (pas comme sur les photos). Au moins on avait un toit pour dormir. Le personnel était très mediocre même pas un mot au check out, on avait l’impression de les déranger. "

"The room had smell, there was trash outside my room as well. The facilities are not properly maintained. The area is not safe for lady travellers as it is very quiet at night. One time there was a man trying to force open the lobby door when my friend was alone at night. I reported to the receptionist and she informed workers to keep a lookout for us. "Excellent place to stay in KL: great view, superb amenities, central location, etc. We stayed at floor 109 and had excellent view of the city from the bedroom and bathroom. Got upgraded to corner king room which was very very spacious, with separate foyer, bathroom area, storage area had ironing board, safety box, dyson hair dryer. Enough space on the living room to do work from the desk, and do yoga while facing the sky high view of the city. Felt unreal when you first stepped into the room. Bathroom has super gorgeous and spacious bath tub with modern blind, lamp, water fountain etc, all facing the gigantic window. Park lounge has excellent breakfast. Service was great. Definitely a recommend, especially after the mall and MRT will be open next year"

"I recently stayed for two nights at the Hilton Kuala Lumpur, a hotel I remembered fondly from my 12 years living in the city. Back then, it stood out for its fresh breakfast offerings and attentive service. Unfortunately, my short stay in November 2025 was a series of frustrations that left me vowing never to return. In a city bursting with hotels striving to deliver decent service, this one seems to have prioritized cost-cutting over guest comfort, treating people like mere numbers in a queue. Check-In: No Welcome, Just a Queue From the moment I arrived, there was no warm greeting ,just the impersonal feeling of being another body in line. The front desk staff processed me efficiently but with zero hospitality. The Room: Nice View, Missing Basics The room itself was acceptable, with a pleasant city view. However, when I wanted a quick bath after a long day, there was no soap in the bathroom. A basic amenity missing? Already a red flag. In-Room Service ("Magic"): Attitude and Endless Delays I pressed the in-room "Magic" service button to request soap. After 1 hour and 30 minutes with no delivery, I called the duty manager directly. It took another 35 minutes on hold to reach him. Breakfast was the biggest letdown. I remembered abundant fresh products; now, it felt limited and cheap. The juice was watery,tasteless with sugar, the filtered water had a strange smell.On my second night, the toilet inexplicably clogged.pressed "Magic" again—same scripted response, same attitude.."
