"Clean hotel, room and the staff was super sweet! The only complaint is that the bathroom toilet was stained (pink)? not quite sure what it was but it was my only complaint that made the room a little ick. "

"Good service, clean room, nice breakfast. We stayed here a few times for kids swim meet at KCAC, will come back in the future. A minor thing, one of our beds was settling, so rotating out old mattress would be great."

"STAFF WHO CHECKED US IN WAS GREAT, YET THE OVER NIGHT AND MORNING WAS LESS HELPING. ROOM WAS CLEAN BUT BY THE 2ND DAY THERE A DOG IN NEXT ROOM THAT STANK UP THE HALLWAY. SUGGESTION. DOGS SHOULD HAVE THEIR OWN HALLWAY."

"We stayed in the room with a jetted tub which I always look for. It was great till we saw how dirty the jets were. A washcloth that was used in the tub turned brown against the drain and jets. Breakfast was good with ample choices and kept up and clean. The employees were very friendly also"

"Very happy with our stay. Room was comfortable. Service was prompt and courteous. Pool and fitness facilities were excellent. Only note would be that the cafe service was very slow, 15-20min just for drip coffee. Would have been helpful to have additional staff on what appeared to be a very busy weekend. "
