The location is unbeatable. You literally step outside the hotel and you are in the bustling old town. Parking is on site for a fee, but worth it. Breakfast was abundant and featuring a variety of salty and sweet options. Overall we were very happy."

"Unfortunately, our stay from 25–26 was a very disappointing experience. * The night before, a receptionist told us they would try to have one of the rooms ready by 11 AM, without mentioning any fee. When we arrived, we were suddenly told that early check-in would cost €60, although the room had already been paid for. * We left our luggage and went out, but had to handle it ourselves as there was no porter available. * We returned at 2 PM. The receptionist took our passports and told us to wait...

"Property was clean, staff was helpful, the breakfast selection and quality was excellent! The room was very comfortable and nice and we were also given a cot for our baby. One small issue with the cot was that the actual mattress was missing. We had an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that want to stay in Sarajevo!"
