"Frühstück ist gut. Insgesamt passt alles. Zimmerservice nur jeden zweiten Tag, was nicht schlimm ist, jedoch sollte man in irgendeiner Form hierüber informiert werden, z. B. beim Check-in oder durch Aushänge im Zimmer. Die Parkplätze direkt beim Hotel sind relativ teuer, jedoch ist in knapp 10 Gehminuten, beim Bahnhof, ein Parkplatz für 1 € pro Tag."

Quiet and clean (spotless) rooms, and great location: parking can be either be done in the hotel garage or (freely) on the street, albeit it could be difficult at times. U-bahn (subway) station 10 or so minutes away, to reach Munich center in 15-20'."

We took one trip into downtown, and the trains were about a six or seven minute walk. The neighborhood felt safe. The hotel was nice and clean. The front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful. We did not eat breakfast. Parking is reasonable, and it was never hard to find a spot. The entrance has kind of a blind spot when you enter, but I would not consider it...

"The concierge is never available. Never on time when we are told they start. Very limited hours and support for a hotel of this stature. Also, i had them ship a package for me. That took over a month to get done. No follow up. This is the same hotel that when Covid started and I wasn’t allowed top fly into Munich Germany they refused to reimburse me. Kept my money and never offered a credit of any kind. Finally. Try and reach them. Very difficult via phone.."

"Great hotel in a central location. Excellent starting point for exploring Munich. It is a very clean hotel with a wonderful included breakfast. I walked to most of the tourist points of Munich without issue. I also walked to the gardens which were a little further, but still within reason. The downside is that it is very central and has a bar/McDonalds right beneath his so has a lot of stragglers outside the doors at all times. It is also on a very busy street and above a bar, so it is very loud...

"Beautiful hotel close to everything! I booked a double deluxe room with 301 sq ft. There was a little foyer when we walked in, then separate rooms - to the right a bedroom with sofa and to the left was the bathroom. Right next door to Hofbrauhaus and 2 blocks from Marianplatz."

"Excellent location and beautiful property was lively and fun. The rooms were so cute and I loved the small kitchen. The bar scene was lively and that brought an extra something special to the whole place. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel."

"Finde es seltsam wenn in Deutschland teilweise vom Personal nur Englisch gesprochen wird. Personal jedoch sehr nett. Frühstück war nicht inbegriffen obwohl es auf Expedia angezeigt war. Jugendlicher wird beim Frühstück und Übernachtung als Erwachsener verrechnet, darf aber nur bis 19.00 Uhr in den Pool (wie ein Kind) - was ist er nun? Poolbereich ist ganz nett. Tolle Aussicht vom Zimmer! Nur leider etwas dreckig. "

"Das Hotel ist ein Standard-Mittelklasse Hotel, die Zimmer waren sauber und relativ modern. Auch nicht zu hellhörig. Das Frühstück war prinzipiell gut, aber der Frühstücksraum für diese Anzahl an Personen nicht ausgelegt. Unabhängig vom knappen Sitzplatzangebot hieß es auch immer warten und Slalom laufen. Was mich massiv gestört hat war die unsägliche Parksituation. Es kann schon sein, dass die eigene Tiefgarage 4 Tage wegen Reinigungsarbeiten gesperrt wird. Das man davon aber weder bei Buchung...
