"This is beautiful place with huge spaces in common areas.
The staff is very friendly and willing to help with any matter.
The breakfast has a good selection, fresh and tasty for a fair price: 13 euros per person. The location is not in the center area but there is a good local bus service that takes around 15 minutes to reach the most tourist places.

"We were most impressed by the hotel, staff and facilities. Sunday night local restaurants were closed including the hotel restaurant so the bar was swamped. The staff did a good job but they were overwhelmed. Suggest you open the restaurant or extend the eating area in the bar on Sunday and put on more staff. To save on plastic and card packaging suggest you do not put plastic combs and razors in the room but put a sign saying toiletry items are available on request."

"Wir bekamen als Familie mit zwei erwachsenen Söhnen zwei nebeneinander liegende Doppelzimmer mit separatem Eingang im vierten (obersten) Stock. Beide Zimmer hatten eine eigene Dachterrasse. Uns war bewusst, dass es aufgrund der absolut zentralen Lage etwas lauter sein wird. Ich hatte deshalb Ohrenstöpsel dabei und wir schliefen mit geschlossenem Fenster. Das geht dank der Klimaanlage problemlos. Ich denke die ruhigeren Zimmer gehen auf den Innenhof.
Das Highlight des Hotels ist die Dachterrasse...
