"Requested a 7th floor room, was told I had one, got to the motel, I got a 5th floor room. Tries to add a night through the front desk, was told nothing available so not able to do so. The website showed 5 rooms available. Booked it online, went to the desk to requested the same room. The manager was very accommodating, gave us the same room so we didnt have to me. Not sure why the staff person I talked to first was unable/or unwilling to do so. Other than those things, stay was great. Room very comfortable & clean. Will stay again."
