"The AC in the deluxe efficiency suite I was in was very loud and late at night sounded like there was also a washer running at the same time as the AC. We checked in at 4 on Friday and by 9AM Saturday morning, the hotel was out of towels, and stayed out of towels until an hour before check out at 11 on Sunday. I asked 3 times for an additional chair for our balcony, since there were 4 of us staying in the room and there was only one chair. We never got a solid answer as to when,why or if we'd get another one, only told they'd look into it. We never got one. There was a wooden table that had many scratches all around the edges. Other than those issues, it was a great place to stay- beautiful view, Bayside."
