"I have been coming for years and overall love it. Room cleaning could be better. Especially take the empty glasses and cups. My serious complaint are the bathrooms. If you do not replace the tub with shower, at least put a rope on the shower head.
Then I can easily clean my body......
I will definetely come back"

"The ocean front view was perfect! The dumbwaiter was so convenient! Complimentary coffee in the lobby was much appreciated. Within walking distance of everything, plus the trolley to Rehoboth very nice. The building could use some upgrading, but overall a great stay!"

"We had an amazing stay. Everyone was very helpful and the hotel was very clean. All of the amenities were amazing and there was even more than I knew was included when I originally booked it. I loved that you could use all amenities a few hours before check in and also after checkout until 3pm. This was great for us because weather was not great for beach so we were able to use the pool and hot tub after checkout until 3pm. We had our two children (5 and 7) and they were beyond happy with this...

Parking lot was suitable and staff were very attentive and helpful on the phone for check in and out and well as any questions we had during our stay. "The entire 2nd floor smelled like mildew as the upstairs indoor air conditioner must have been broken.
Appliance we’re up to date, and bathroom was terrible…
Spoke to the front desk attendant and he said there was no other rooms available
We checked in at 4pm and checked out at 8pm as we couldn’t deal with the room/building conditions"

"The staff were all helpful and friendly. The property needs severe updating. There’s peeling paint (at least in our room and in the pool area), a few things throughout the room were falling apart (cracks in the walls and light switches), the air conditioning did not work properly, the bathroom was not clean, and the kitchen stove was falling apart. Overall, we would not stay here again."

"Very clean, two minute to the beach, and very nice pool! Only downside is no wi-fi and you can't hook up a console or streaming device to watch streaming apps. Also wish there was more parking. Thankfully we were always able to get to a spot before it was full but late night goers may struggle. Definitely a nice spot for those who don't care about that stuff and close to the beach."
