"The hotel and room were clean and beautiful. The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. Each person I spoke to went out of their way to assist, and in English, which was also extremely helpful. The breakfast was extensive, centrally located on a beautiful side street overlooking a small park. I would highly recommend and will stay here next time I come. Thank you all very much for the relaxing time. "

"The rooms were clean and modern. The bathrooms were nice with a really nice rainfall shower head. The reception staff was always kind, helpful and courteous and the candy they had in the bowl was DELICIOUS!!! It was a little difficult to find so maybe more signs would help and there is a small flight of stairs you must take before reaching an elevator. The elevator is not always working and only fits 1-2 people at most. The hotel is a good 4 flights up, if the elevator is not working. ...

"Checking in was very easy We got few coffee pods and tea All cooking utensils are ready Bathroom and toilet very clean Nice balcony for morning coffee, and direct view to the city center Only issue is the picture shows bath tub; and there was none"

"Fabulous hotel in fantastic central location. Easy to walk to main attractions eg Houses of Parliament and along the river. Room was very clean with comfortable beds and lovely interiors. Certainly a very high standard. Would highly recommend for a city break exploring this beautiful city. "

"Truly everything about my stay was fantastic! The room was very comfortable and quiet and the hotel gym was small but well suited for my need to run while on vacation. What truly blew me away was the hotel breakfast. As a vegan, I didn’t expect more than fruit but the kitchen had a variety of breads, chia puddings, and even some vegan cheese!"

"The hotel is conveniently location near the subway station. There are several famers restaurants there. There is a park across from the hotel ,and it has a Ferris wheel which offers a lovely view when you take a ride . We stayed there for 2 night, everything is perfect , Overall, I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The doorman was especially caring and always checked on us when we were in the smoking area outside. we enjoyed the good service from hotel . thanks "
