"A big shout out to all the staff working at the front desk. They could not have been more professional. I noted on a pad a few tweaks to the room we stayed in I thought the management should consider. Normally, this would be a fool’s errand and met with a polite thank you.
But not here. The person at the desk not only took time to read my list but gave very thoughtful responses, including the assurance that he would personally make sure the management saw it. I have no reason to believe he was...

"Although it said there was parking, it is a parking garage located away from the hotel. With hourly, daily rates. The a/c was not very strong and only in the living room area, so bedroom was very warm. There is alot of construction going on around the hotel, not their fault I know, but a heads up would've been appreciated. Larry was wonderful changing our room for us. "Great staff at both the front desk and the dining room. Room was spacious, comfortable bed, wonderful bathroom. Had late dinner in the dining room with great service and food was good. Free breakfast too! We chose it because of its close location to Dt. Jacobs but were really impressed with the hotel."
