"1st off, it was a disabled room and there was no where to hang towels.
Secondly, there were no toothbrushes nor tissues in our room and we had to ask for it.
Thirdly, the exhaust in the bathroom was not working so we had to keep the door open to air out the humidity.
We did ask for it to be looked at, however it did not look like anyone came over to diagnose and repair.
Forth, we asked for new towels to be delivered to our room and we waited for an hour, decided to walk outside and the towels were just placed on the floor in the foyer, no knocks on the door to hand us the towel, nor to notify us it’s outside our room.
These were supposed fresh towels to be used after showering, placed on a the the floor where people have potentially transferred outside bacterial matter from the soles of their shoes onto the flooring.
Reception service was not too bad though."
