"Check in was easy thanks to the 24hr reception. Just outside of that is an amazing selection of vending machines with everything from the usual drinks and snacks to frozen meals, icecreams and toiletries. The laundry (located at the back, in the older section) had 2 dryers and 2 washers. Payment of $6 is via card or app and sachets of laundry powder is available from reception for $1."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn't great, flavour was not good. No mini bar or robes in the room. Bath needs updating/maintaining. Lamps were broken and the fridge was room temperature."

"The room was cheap and adequate for a night. There's noise until midnight from the bar downstairs but that was expected. The bathroom was well stocked add the room was very clean. One of the chairs in the balcony needs to be replaced as it's broken. The only thing that we wish it could be improved was the process to recover items left behind. The cleaning team and the booking team are somewhat disconnected and we weren't able to recover two things left behind. We don't blame the hotel for...
